2025 Season’s Greetings from MACN
As 2025 comes to a close, we celebrate a year of momentum and measurable impact in tackling corruption in the maritime sector. Expanded partnerships, stronger industry and member engagement, and progress across multiple regions reinforce the impact of our collaborative approach and the dedication of our global network.

Our members’ and partners continued support and engagement enabled several key milestones this year:
- MACN now represents 229 global members across over 45 countries. In India, we launched a new Associate Membership category, welcoming 3 new associate members and receiving strong interest for further expansion. See the complete list of members here.
- We held two successful member meetings, in Copenhagen and Singapore, welcoming over 400 participants over these two events.
- MACN’s Anonymous Incident Reporting database now holds over 70,000 corrupt demands globally.
- The MACN HelpDesk continued to grow in both usage and impact, supporting seafarers and companies in addressing corrupt demands, and has now assisted almost 7,000 vessels.
- Engagement with seafarers expanded through 21 crew seminars delivered online and in person.
