MACN and GCNP Lead Interactive Session at Pakistan Customs Academy to Tackle Key Gaps in Shipping Procedures

Earlier this week, MACN and Global Compact Network Pakistan (GCNP) hosted an interactive session at the Pakistan Customs Academy titled “Streamlining and Augmenting the Missing Links in Customs Procedures for the Shipping Sector.” The event brought together key stakeholders, including senior leaders from various shipping lines and members of the All-Pakistan Shipping Association (APSA).

The session delved into vital topics impacting the shipping industry, such as shipping licensing, the issue of stuck containers, GD hold containers, auction and destruction processes, various charges, port container movements, TP containers, transshipment hubs, and document amendments.
