MACN HelpDesk Wins SAFETY4SEA Crew Welfare Award in Non-Profit Category

MACN HelpDesk recognised once again.

We are proud to share that the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN) has won the SAFETY4SEA Crew Welfare Award in the Non-Profit Organisation category.

This recognises the impact of the MACN HelpDesk. Through the MACN HelpDesk, seafarers are better prepared to deal with corrupt demands and have access to confidential advice, guidance, and escalation support when they face them in port. It helps crews navigate difficult situations and act with integrity without standing alone.

First established in Nigeria in 2019, the HelpDesk has since expanded to Ukraine, Egypt, and India, applying a consistent framework while adapting to local regulatory and institutional contexts.
