MACN on Boosting Port Efficiency Through Integrity at CTAC Asia 2025

MACN was proud to join industry leaders at the Container Terminal Automation Conference (CTAC) Asia 2025 in Kuala Lumpur for the panel “Fighting Corruption to Boost Port Efficiency.”

Moderated by our member lead, Therry van Vreden (Ben Line Group), the discussion featured insights from:

The session showcased how initiatives like the 2023 Memorandum of Understanding with the Port Klang Authority and industry, along with this year’s MACN Port Integrity Campaign, are turning anti-corruption commitments into measurable impact, in turn reducing unethical demands, building trust, and boosting efficiency in Port Klang.

These efforts build on our Say No Campaign in Malaysia, reinforcing our shared commitment to integrity in maritime trade.
