MACN shares practical AI use case at maritime digital summit
MACN joined the Demystifying AI in Maritime Summit in London, contributing to the panel “Seafarer Spotlight – The Use of AI at Sea.”
We shared how MACN is using AI as part of the MACN HelpDesk to help process seafarers’ emails and automate parts of the support flow.
The discussion explored how AI and digital technologies can be applied to real operational challenges at sea, supporting seafarers and helping the industry better manage corruption risks.
For MACN, this is part of a broader effort to use AI to strengthen how we analyse and use data, turning the information we collect into more useful insights that can help the maritime industry better anticipate, prepare for, and respond to corruption risks.
