MACN is proud to launch a bold new initiative with the support of the ITF Seafarers Trust. Integrity Building for the Next Generation of Seafarers. 

This project tackles a quiet but deeply damaging challenge in our industry. For many young seafarers, corruption begins on day one of their career. It creates barriers to opportunity, compromises safety, and weakens the foundation of maritime integrity.

With the support of the ITF Seafarers Trust, MACN is rolling out dedicated capacity-building activities in Bangladesh, India, and the Philippines. This training will equip the next generation of seafarers and maritime educators with the tools to recognize, resist, report, and record corruption before it takes root.
